Adler Fairways has successfully concluded the acquisition of Absolute Cover, a London-based firm previously affiliated with the Thistle Group.
Absolute Cover is known for its specialisation in professional indemnity insurance (PII), catering primarily to financial services companies.
The acquisition of Absolute Cover marks Adler Fairways' third acquisition in 2024 (following IREDD in January) and is part of the brokerage’s strategic initiative to expand its business and enhance its client offerings through the provision of industry-leading advice, tailored insurance solutions, and outstanding service.
James Dingwall, founder of the Thistle Group, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition.
