Accident management solution provider Activate Group has bolstered its ranks with a new head of commercial.
Taking the newly created position is Lorna Turner (pictured), who joins the firm as it enjoys a period of sustained growth. It has now recruited Turner to help support and engage clients.
Turner is known in the industry for her time at Pukka Insure and Action 365, and was described by chairman Mark Wilcox as a “fantastic addition.” He outlined that Activate is preparing to celebrate its most successful year to date with record claims volumes and that Turner will be responsible for developing new commercial relationships.
“The trajectory of Activate Group has been phenomenal this year, with existing clients awarding more volume and multiple new contracts secured, not only that but we’ve got some exciting news in the pipeline too,” he said.
Turner added that the step was “exciting” for her career.
“I am looking forward to getting to know my new clients well and to working on their behalf to offer great products and services that exceed expectations,” she said.
