The specialist UK brokerage Provenance Insurance Brokers has switched up gears, announcing a new deal with the North Yorkshire-based supercar, prestige and performance car specialist Redline Specialist Cars. In a Press release, Provenance CEO Jason Connon said the partnership – which launched today May 04 – will enable Redline clients to obtain private client motor insurance and associated insurance services through the Redline Specialist Insurance brand.
“Under the partnership, we provide private client and commercial insurance solutions to Redline’s client base,” he said. “These are specialised policies for high net worth individuals who value a broker concierge service, and we are thrilled to have landed such a prestigious partnership with John and the Redline team.”
Connon noted that Redline sells more than 2,200 supercars and other top-of-the-range vehicles annually, and that Provenance will provide an insurance solution for those clients. He added that the brokerage has strengthened its motor trade capability following the appointment of Chris McDonald as director of automotive partnerships in December 2021.
“Chris has made a big difference to our automotive proposition and enabled us to execute our ambitious plans in this sector,” he said. “Growing our motor trade presence is a key part of our aim to be the leading UK provider of specialist private client insurance. In the coming months, we expect to announce further partnerships and joint ventures.”
Co-founder and FD of Redline John Graeme also commented on the partnership and said that the Provenance team went to “great lengths” to understand Redline’s business and culture. The brokerage has built a compelling proposition, he said, which meets the needs of Redline’s clients and the team is looking forward to a long-term and successful partnership.
