A deal to make other brokers ‘green’ with envy?
Terrible puns aside, Green Insurance, which has six branches in the south including a head office in Bexhill, can look forward to an exciting future after the Global Risk Partners hub sealed a strategic partnership agreement with AXA. The deal will see AXA take on its commercial combined and fleet business portfolios, as well as some contractors business.
“We are delighted to enter into a strategic partnership with AXA,” said Duncan Coleman, MD of Green Insurance. “Nick Watson’s team at AXA share our strong commitment to providing high quality products and services, including first class claims management, for our commercial clients.”
Watson, who is the director of commercial distribution at AXA, added that the businesses have worked well together over the years and that the partnership should offer a host of benefits to their “strong client base.”
“AXA’s support for Greens will bring added benefits to clients and we look forward to a long and fruitful partnership,” added Mick Bruce, GRP’s CEO of broking.
In a separate announcement, Bruce also confirmed a bespoke arrangement with Allianz, to manage motor trade portfolios for Sagar, McGrady’s and Abbey Bond Lovis.
