Phil Dicken has been named the new chair of Claims Portal Limited.
Succeeding Tim Wallis, Dicken commented: “Claims Portal has benefitted enormously from having Tim’s hand on the rudder for 12 years. Tim has navigated some difficult choppy waters with great success throughout that time.
“I hope to do justice to everything that he has achieved and look forward with great excitement to working with the board and leading Claims Portal through the challenges and opportunities both now and in the years to come.”
Dicken brings nearly three decades of UK claims industry experience to the role.
“It has been a privilege to serve the board and all the users of Claims Portal,” said Wallis. “My work has been made possible by the trust placed in me by the present and former directors of Claims Portal.
“I now look forward to new challenges in (alternative) dispute resolution with Trust Mediation and Trust Arbitration.”
A not-for-profit company, Claims Portal processes personal injury claims.
