Broker Network has signed a three-year renewal deal with Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS) to give its members access to the full range of ALPS products, it has been announced.
ALPS, providers of motor claims solutions, legal expenses and additional products, has had a strong relationship with the UK network of brokers for many years, and the latest deal is testament to its long-lasting nature, the companies said in a release.
The deal will give Broker Network members access to products and services including motor claims handling and replacement of vehicles, motor legal expenses, road rescue, motor excess protection, tools in transit, and sole trader legal expenses. In addition to ALPS’s claims service, members will also have access to the ALPS portfolio of comprehensive products, all fulfilled through the ALPS online portal – Communic8.
“We continue to review the market carefully to ensure our members get access to the competitive products and services and we are delighted to continue our partnership with ALPS in support of this,” Dan McNally, insurer relations director at Broker Network, commented. “We hope that our members find real value in the ALPS range of products and services for their customers.”
Ben Lemmon, sales & marketing director at ALPS, said that the firm would not rest on its laurels despite gaining the contract.
“We’ve had a good relationship with Broker Network for many years but we’re never complacent,” he said. “The fact that they have chosen once again to renew with ALPS is testament to our commitment to innovation and service. We continually look for ways to improve products and add value both for customers and brokers.
“There is a growing trend of brokers looking to ensure that clients have no gaps in the cover afforded to them by the core policy and in light of the FCA’s market study into add-on products, we are delighted to support the network members by offering more products with valuable heads of cover for clients.”
