Auxillis has announced a new partnership with Howden UK&I’s corporate and commercial division to provide claims management services, including vehicle replacement, repair services and a full first notification of loss (FNOL) provision.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
The partnership introduces Howden corporate and commercial clients to the Auxillis solution for post-incident management. The service includes gathering information, assessing liability, vehicle recovery, coordinating repairs and arranging replacement vehicle hire.

Richard Graham, head of claims and risk management for Howden UK&I’s corporate and commercial division, expressed his excitement over the partnership.

With 30 years of experience, Auxillis, part of the FTSE 250-listed ZIGUP plc, collaborates with major UK brokers, insurers, dealer groups, and vehicle manufacturers. The company provides claims management services, including FNOL, replacement vehicle and repair management services, insurance products, and legal services.
