Graham Stait (pictured), who joined the Allianz graduate programme about a decade ago, is now part of the insurer’s claims management board.
The company veteran most recently served as claims proposition and change manager, focusing on digital initiatives to streamline claims processes and enhance customer experience. Over the past 10 years, he has held a variety of leadership roles across Allianz.
In his new position as head of claims suppliers & experts, Stait will not only be in charge of the motor engineer and claims investigator functions but also look after the supplier services team.
“I am very pleased to welcome Graham to his new role and the claims management board,” commented Allianz chief claims officer Graham Gibson. “Since joining Allianz in 2008, he has built up a strong knowledge of the market and our customers, alongside a proven track record of delivering positive results and a passion for digital initiatives.”
Stait’s experience includes a secondment at Allianz’s Global Digital Factory in Munich.
