Based on the views of specialist claims brokers, surveyed by Gracechurch Consulting throughout the past year, Allianz has qualified for their Outstanding Quality Marque for Mid-Market Claims Service.
Allianz is the first insurer to qualify for the award, which was introduced earlier this year, and is currently ranked 1st for claims service satisfaction amongst its peer group, and net satisfaction1 continues to increase quarter on quarter.
The Service Quality Marque was gained by achieving 25%+ in 9/10 ratings and receiving less than 10% 0-6 ratings in Overall Service quality satisfaction, following phone interviews with 264 industry claims professionals.
