Neil McFarlane ACII
TH March Group

Neil is Group Chief Executive Officer for TH March. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Broker. Neil was also elected as one of the youngest Presidents of the Plymouth Insurance Institute in 1992.

Neil’s career in insurance began in 1982 when he joined Cornhill Insurance as a motor and motor fleet Underwriter. He joined TH March in 1983, starting with an account handling role within the Commercial Insurance Department, then moving to an account executive’s role, both based in the Plymouth office.

Neil was appointed as an Associate Director, in 1998 and moved to our London office in 1999. He became a Director in 1999 and was appointed Sales Director in 2005.
