Russell is a professionally qualified underwriter with 25 years’ experience at RSA in numerous underwriting positions including Property, Business Interruption and Liability but now specialising in Construction, particularly Project CAR and 6.5.1 for the last thirteen years.  His current role is the Senior Construction Underwriter on the Birmingham Team handling new business opportunities, renewals and acting as an expert technical referral point.
