Richard brings over 30 years of industry experience to his role at Markel UK having previously worked for most of his career with AVIVA and for a short time with Travelers. Richard is responsible for Markel’s UK-wide business development team who continue to quickly grow in number to support Markel’s ambitious plans to double in size again by 2025. Key to Markel’s continuing success is its continuing investment in supporting its partner brokers with a team of business development experts, fluent in the benefits that each of its value-rich propositions can deliver.
