Cloud-based insurance policy management platform JAVLN has bought the document management and workflow software of tech solutions and services provider Technosoft Solutions.
Founded in 2002, Technosoft Solutions enables around 300 brokers and underwriters across Australia and New Zealand to better manage electronic files and team workflow.
The deal includes the acquisition of Technosoft Solutions' OfficeTech product. It will also see Melbourne-based Technosoft Solutions staff, including co-founder Irene Kendall, take on new roles within JAVLN.
JAVLN founder and CEO Dale Smith said adding the OfficeTech product to the platform will help brokers and underwriters improve their document management processes and gain extra productivity and compliance benefits.
