Gallagher Bassett (GB) has appointed Deanne Bradley to the role of executive general manager - people and culture - for New Zealand and Australia.
Bradley holds more than two decades of experience leading transformational and cultural change at companies including PeopleSolve HR Solutions, RetireAustralia, and Crowe Horwath Australia. Her most recent role was regional people leader at global engineering and infrastructure advisory firm Aurecon.
In her new role, Bradley will replace Chenoa Daley, who is moving into the role of global vice president of human resources. She looks to enhance GB’s people frameworks, processes and tools to “best support the strategic objectives of the business relating to growth and transformation.”
“At GB, we believe our people are our strength and the role of our people and culture team is an extremely important one,” GB Australia CEO John McNamara said. “I’m excited to have Deanne join the GB family, and view her role as instrumental in maintaining GB’s unique culture, while ensuring that we continue to evolve in the current climate.
“I look forward to working with Deanne and seeing the impact she has at GB,” he noted.
