AIA New Zealand has announced the appointment of Bianca Bettini as the new AIA Vitality Coach. The AIA Vitality program, recognized for its scientifically supported approach to health and wellness, is designed to enhance life quality through expert guidance, practical tools, and enticing rewards that motivate participants towards healthier living.
"AIA Vitality stands at the core of our commitment to health and wellbeing,” said Ben McQuay, national manager of strategic accounts at AIA NZ. “It offers a clear assessment of members' current health status, equips them with effective tools for improvement, and maintains engagement through exciting rewards and discounts from our valued partners."
In her new role, Bettinijoins Aaron Gilmore as one of the two Vitality Coaches tasked with enhancing the visibility and perceived value of the program. Their efforts are aimed at fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation among clients and partners alike.
Bettini’s professional background spans event management, business administration, and sales. Her longstanding association with AIA NZ has seen her in various roles, including executive assistant to the chief distribution officer, event specialist, and event manager, where she has consistently focused on health and wellbeing initiatives. Her recent certification as a Pilates instructor further underscores her commitment to promoting health.
"From a very young age, I've understood the profound impact of health and wellbeing on personal identity,” Bettini said. “Being part of AIA Vitality's launch team in New Zealand was a privilege, and I'm excited to leverage this powerful program to help others enhance their health."

Bettiniofficially began her role as a Vitality Coach at the end of July, stepping in for Katie Hunter, who is on parental leave for the next 12 months.
