Unveiled during the recent Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario convention, the tie-up will allow truMobile users, either online or via the app, to secure travel protection from their broker within minutes, aligning with the rising demand for digital, on-the-go insurance solutions.
“Allianz Global Assistance is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Trufla,” said chief sales officer Kyle Sparkman (pictured). “This collaboration allows us to integrate technology solutions that make travel insurance easier to understand, buy, and sell.
“This partnership represents a shared commitment between Allianz and Trufla to provide modern, convenient, and customer-centric solutions for brokers and 360 degrees of protection for their customers.”
The collaboration aims to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction by enabling brokers to provide travel insurance directly to clients without managing transactions manually; expand services and easily create new revenue streams via digital, self-service travel insurance; and boost customer engagement with truMobile’s email and push notification capabilities.
Diane Jones, Trufla’s vice president of client success, commented: “Partnering with Allianz to bring travel insurance into truMobile’s marketplace is a game-changer for brokers.
“This integration empowers brokers to deliver a fully digital, self-service experience that aligns with modern consumer expectations. It not only reduces their administrative load but also opens new revenue opportunities while keeping customers engaged through personalized marketing and push notifications.”
She added: “This partnership exemplifies our mutual dedication to driving innovation in the insurance space, giving brokers powerful tools to grow their businesses while delivering exceptional value to their customers.”
