Symbility Solutions has integrated its cloud-based claims management system with HOVER – a platform that allows users to view properties as 3D interactive models.
With the integration, insurance adjusters using Symbility’s system can tap into HOVER’s data package to view details on a property – such as re-creations of exterior and roof diagrams, as well as customer-submitted photos of the property – to process claims quickly and accurately.
“Our goal has always been to improve our customers’ experience by eliminating unnecessary steps in the claims process, helping both carriers and their policyholders resolve claims as quickly as possible,” said Symbility Solutions CEO James R. Swayze.
“HOVER provides accurate, current, and complete 360-degree views of a property. With this level of detail readily available within the Symbility platform, every carrier and insurance adjuster can ensure a quick and accurate claims process.”
HOVER also engages homeowners by allowing them to take photos of their property using the proprietary HOVER app; these photos can then be used by insurance adjusters to immediately process claims while reducing adjusting costs and unnecessary visits. This method also potentially improves cycle times and can result in a better customer experience.
A company release claims that Symbility’s integration of HOVER shaves about 25% to 50% off claims processing times, depending on the complexity of the claim.
