Keal Technology, the Canadian unit of broker management systems (BMS) developer Vertafore, has agreed to integrate the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations’ (CSIO) new e-insurance proof delivery system.
The integration of CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution into Keal’s products will be available from May 15, 2018, a release said. The solution will allow CSIO members to send digital policy documents directly from their BMS.
“I am quite pleased to see that Keal will be integrating My Proof of Insurance eDelivery into its SIG and VCIM products,” said CSIO president and CEO Catherine Smola. “This represents a significant step forward in helping brokerages improve their workflows by providing their customers with a fast, efficient and paperless service.”
