Keal Technology, the Canadian unit of insurance management software developer Vertafore, has announced that it has launched CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution.
The launch allows brokers to utilize CSIO’s eDelivery solution, through Keal’s broker management systems (BMS), to send digital policy documents.
“Keal is proud to offer this integration to all of our brokers in such a short timeframe,” said Keal vice-president of product development Bill Redford. “In just a couple of weeks we were able to get this integration out and available to benefit all of our brokers for this industry initiative.”
A release said that Keal’s integration of the My Proof of Insurance system highlights the company’s credibility and the level of commitment it has towards customers. Keal also noted that the solution allows brokers to go paperless, if they so choose.
CSIO developed My Proof of Insurance with input from brokers and carriers like Gore Mutual, Northbridge Insurance and RSA Canada.
In March, another BMS developer – Applied Systems – also integrated CSIO’s eDelivery system into its platform.
