Apollo Insurance Solutions has entered into a partnership with RATESDOTCA to offer embedded digital insurance products.
As part of the agreement between the brands, customers of the comparison site can now receive a quote and purchase insurance through Apollo.
“RATESDOTCA provides their clients with a vast selection of insurance products, making sure they have access to the best rates,” said Josh Pillsbury, vice president of partnerships at Apollo Insurance Solutions. “With this partnership, both Apollo and RATESDOTCA will give users an entirely digital experience, while also providing the hyper-personalized service each user deserves.”
RATESDOTCA was launched in 1999 and has since grown into a service that it says more than 8 million Canadians use every year to get “a better rate on cars, homes, travel insurance, mortgages, and credit cards.”
“We are committed to helping Canadians make better insurance decisions and save them time and money,” said Sarah Kesheh, vice president of money and corporate partnerships at RATESDOTCA. “That is why we are excited to partner with APOLLO to provide consumers with a seamless, fully digital shopping experience.”
The move is the latest in a series of partnerships Apollo has launched in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Apollo linked up with Loans Canada to offer the latter’s customers home, condo, and tenants’ insurance, while a similar arrangement with moving services app MovingWaldo was announced at the end of July.
