StoneRidge Insurance Brokers (SIB) has partnered with All-Risks Insurance Brokers, enhancing SIB’s partner network and business offerings across Ontario.
All-Risks, a Windsor-based brokerage with 74 locations throughout Ontario, arranges property, casualty, life, and health insurance, as well as investment products. Set up in 1954, the business boasts $325 million in gross written premium.
“Since the beginning, All-Risks has offered its customers superior service at competitive prices,” stated Paul Lemmon, president of All-Risks. “We are excited to now be affiliated with the SIB network.
“This new partnership will allow us to maintain our focus on providing the highest level of customer service, as well as enable us to provide service from a greater range of markets and to provide complete solutions for all our broker partners.”
Paul and Kim Lemmon, along with their current management team, will continue to lead All-Risks and remain shareholders following SIB’s investment. The partnership also brings over 70 affiliate brokerage partners into the SIB network. Together, SIB and All-Risks aim to develop new affiliate brokerages in Ontario and nationwide, offering more opportunities to their existing partners.
SIB chief executive and president Ted Puccini noted: “Entering into a partnership with All-Risks presented a great opportunity for SIB to expand our offerings and to ensure we have a solution for all entrepreneurs. With All-Risks, SIB was attracted to their entrepreneurial culture, their ability to attract top talent, and their capacity to continue growing the network.
“All-Risks has established a strong reputation as an insurance leader within the communities in which they operate, and we look forward to the opportunity to work together to continue building on their immense success to date. We are very excited to welcome everyone at All-Risks into the SIB family.”
As part of their ongoing growth strategy, SIB and All-Risks are seeking experienced insurance partners who share their commitment to exceptional client service. They aim to attract those interested in opening an affiliate office under a recognized brand with comprehensive multi-product business offerings.
