BrokerLink has acquired three more insurance brokers, expanding its presence in Ontario and in the Atlantic Canada region.
The brokerage acquired the Mississauga-based J.W. Davis Insurance Brokers, which closed on August 01. BrokerLink also snapped up Kuhn & Associates Insurance and Financial Services (Kuhn & Associates Insurance) in Welland, and Current Maritime Insurance in Halifax, which both closed on September 01.
A release noted that these acquisitions bring BrokerLink’s total acquisitions for the year 2022 to 18.
J.W. Davis Insurance Brokers, established in 1936, provides personalized service for home, auto, marine and business insurance. The broker also offers coverage for cottages, recreational vehicles, rental properties and more.

Davis Insurance Brokers president Roxanne McKenzie. “BrokerLink is an established, customer-driven brokerage, and I’m confident our customers will be well taken care of.”
Founded in 1984, Kuhn & Associates Insurance serves the Welland and Fonthill communities, as well as the surrounding areas. It offers bespoke home, auto and business insurance.
Meanwhile, Current Maritime Insurance has been serving Nova Scotia communities with tailored home, auto, and business insurance solutions since 1961. Notably, the broker offers specialty insurance products such as antique automobiles, sailboats, travel, art collections and pet insurance.

In July, BrokerLink previously revealed that it had expanded in New Brunswick, Ontario, and Alberta with the triple acquisition of McTague Insurance, DPM Insurance Group, and Crowsnest Insurance Agencies, respectively.
