Beneva has committed an additional $1.5 million to support ongoing efforts in anxiety prevention.
The investment, announced on National Philanthropy Day, will fund various initiatives to improve access to treatment and resources for those affected by anxiety. It will support several organizations, including a collaboration with the Université de Montréal on the Beneva Fund – AI-Guided Digital Exposure Therapy, a research project aimed at developing new treatments for anxiety using artificial intelligence.
“Our work with the Université de Montréal is a major milestone in the offering of innovative mental health solutions,” said Martin Robert, executive vice-president and leader of talent, culture and communication at Beneva.
“Our commitment to the community allows us to build sustainable relationships with local charities. We are proud to contribute to the implementation of solutions to prevent anxiety, one concrete step at a time.”
