Cyber insurance provider Coalition has launched a new API solution for its broker and distributor partners in Canada.
The API will allow partners to integrate Coalition’s cyber insurance products and underwriting engine directly into their platforms. Canadian brokers can now get quotes from Coalition within 10 seconds, and all from their own platform, through the integrated solution. The API also displays premium indications, generates multiple quote options, provides bind functionality, and many other features that can help brokers close more business, a company release said.

Coalition’s APIs were built to provide partners with both the speed and scale to enhance their ability to sell cyber insurance and protect customers from one of the greatest risks facing businesses today,” said Coalition head of insurance Shawn Ram. “We’re excited to offer our APIs for distribution in Canada to accelerate our mission to solve cyber risk globally.”
Originally launched in 2020 in the US, Coalition’s API has been integrated into the platforms of major broker partners such as Lockton, NFP, CyberPolicy, and Relay.
