Disaster repair company FirstOnSite Restoration has entered a definite agreement to acquire J. Keith Moore Construction Limited (Keith Moore Construction) in Simcoe County, ON.
A release said that the deal is expected to close March 01, 2020. Once it closes, Keith Moore Construction will become the Barrie branch of FirstOnSite. Steve Fox, current owner of Keith Moore Construction, will be appointed branch manager of FirstOnSite Barrie.
“The acquisition of Keith Moore Construction creates a strategic position for FirstOnSite in Barrie and the surrounding region,” commented FirstOnSite Restoration CEO Dave Demos. “Together with the experienced team from Keith Moore, we will be able to help homeowners and businesses prepare for, mitigate, and recover from natural and man-made disasters.”
Founded in 1956, Keith Moore Construction specializes in insurance restoration services. The firm has been serving clients in and around the Simcoe County area.
Demos noted that the deal is another milestone for the combined FirstOnSite and Interstate, as it aims to be the global leader in disaster restoration, adding that Keith Moore shares FirstOnSite’s culture of excellence and drive to offer exceptional customer service.
