WTW has named Allison Bryce its new practice leader, personal lines, Canada, within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America.
Bryce steps into her new role with over 20 years of experience as an executive and client leader in the North American insurance industry. She will be responsible for strengthening client relationships across the Canadian market, reporting to Tyler Banks, practice leader for personal Lines, North America, and Erin Magilton, Canadian leader, CRB.
Bryce joins WTW after more than 16 years with The Magnes Group, where she held the roles partner and vice president, and private client leader. Her prior experience also includes more than 30 years at PSA Insurance Services, serving as personal lines manager before being named managing partner.
In a press release, WTW referred to Bryce as a “highly respected insurance leader with strong carrier relationships.”
“Allison brings a personal approach to the business, always seeking an understanding of specific client needs,” said Banks.
“Additionally, her broad network of industry relationships will be a welcome addition to WTW. Her strategic insights in delivering specialized solutions to personal lines insurance clients is industry-leading, and I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Bryce will be based in the Toronto office. Her appointment comes after Maryellen Allegretti and Patrick Anderson-Higgins were named senior directors of the Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) division in North America.
Aside from announcing key hires, WTW has also released its financial results for the second quarter of 2023. It reported an adjusted net income of US$219 million, down from US$260 million in the prior year quarter.
