Broking giant WTW has picked Jean-Francois “JF” Tremblay (pictured) to lead its property and casualty practice in Canada within the insurance consulting and technology division.
In his new capacity, Tremblay will focus on driving the P&C practice’s growth by launching new business ventures, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading the team to provide top-tier solutions to clients.
Operating out of Montreal, Tremblay brings a wealth of experience in technical, operational, and strategic roles in pricing, product management, underwriting, and risk management. He joins WTW from Groupe Optimum Assurance.

A fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society, Tremblay has 25 years of experience in the Canadian market.
He will report to Klayton Southwood, senior director and P&C division business leader at WTW.
