WTW has tapped Xabier Gallardo (pictured) to lead client relationship management for its Natural Resources sector within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America (CRB NA).
In his new role, Gallardo is tasked with optimizing client outcomes and driving strategic initiatives for the complex challenges faced by this industry. He will be based in Miami and report directly to Ventosa Dunwald, the energy and infrastructure growth leader for Natural Resources at CRB NA.

Bringing nearly 25 years of experience in risk management and insurance, Gallardo has built his career across Europe and the Americas. His expertise spans Marine and Energy risk, Onshore Energy underwriting, and client-focused solutions.
Most recently, he served as Head of Property & Casualty for the Caribbean, where he earned the FAC Expert Underwriter designation, recognizing his advanced underwriting authority.
