WTW has announced the appointment of Jackie Bolig as head of property and casualty for its corporate risk and broking (CRB) division in North America.
Bolig, who has over 30 years of experience in insurance and risk management, brings extensive expertise and leadership skills that are aimed at supporting WTW’s CRB growth strategy across North America.
She will lead the property, casualty, and environmental teams, focusing on client retention, product development, talent strategy, and driving successful carrier relationships across all twelve industry verticals.
Her leadership will also centre on growth across the business, aligning with industry vertical leaders on strategic product development and innovation to maintain a distinct competitive advantage and provide best-in-class solutions to meet client needs.
Michael Chang, WTW’s head of CRB North America, expressed his excitement in welcoming Bolig to the team, highlighting her “reputation for developing innovative products to meet changing client needs while also delivering superb client service.”

Prior to joining WTW, Bolig most recently served as executive managing director and co-lead for Aon Inpoint, the firm’s management consulting and advisory business.
During this time, Bolig took charge of leading Inpoint’s global client offering, sales strategy, and talent framework, with a focus on high-touch engagement and connectivity with clients.
She first joined the Inpoint team as chief commercial officer and became part of its global leadership team in 2020.
Bolig also served as the US individual risk and facultative facilities leader in Aon's reinsurance business and headed the company’s property practice for the greater New York region.
