Insurance Business Canada’s annual survey, Brokers on MGAs is underway.
Last year’s report showcased 32 MGAs, which earned a five-star rating, and three of those companies were designated as All-Star MGAs, having earned five-stars in all nine categories – underwriting responsiveness or turnaround time, technical expertise and product knowledge, range of products, compensation, claims support, marketing support, and others.
Brokers are encouraged to take part in this year’s survey by providing feedback on their MGAs’ performance and services over the past year.
The information gathered in the survey will be a beneficial tool for businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
