Westland Insurance Group has named Milan Zivkovic as chief information officer (CIO). In his new role, Zivkovic will head up the Information Technology team and oversee all digital transformation projects at the brokerage.
Before joining Westland, Zivkovic served as CIO at the parking management company Impark, where he led a 90-person team consisting of IT, privacy, innovation, transformation, and business development, and co-led the development and execution of the enterprise growth strategy. He was also previously chief technology officer/director of Information Technology at the Vancouver Airport Authority.
According to a Press release from GlobeNewswire, Zivkovic’s most recent role before joining Westland saw him operate as a strategy advisor and technology consultant, where he collaborated with private and public sector clients to transform operations and performance via technology.
