“It’s a great honor to be recognized amongst such an esteemed group of leaders, worldwide,” said Ostir.
He noted that the recognition reinforced their commitment to exceeding customer expectations, recognizing that the insurance industry had not always been known for impeccable customer service and industry leaders are actively working to change this.
"We’re giving proof that we can evolve as an industry to provide the product and service that our customers want while meeting them where they are. We’re making the process of buying insurance easy," Ostir added.
The 2025 AX100 class consists of leaders who have demonstrated implementation of customer-centric strategies, business models, and technologies to transform customer experiences, maintain brand promises, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
“Experience, for employees or customers, is a robust, ongoing strategy, not a single campaign, technology or gimmick, especially in this age of AI and augmented engagement,” said Liz Miller, Constellation Research's vice president and principal analyst.
“These newest inductees to the AX100 represent a community of strategists, innovators and disruptors looking to forge more durable, collaborative and valued relationships between brands and buyers and enterprises and employees.”
Western Financial Group has been providing insurance protection for over 100 years. The company has over 2,000 employees in approximately 200 communities, affiliates, and connected channels, offering personal and business insurance.
