Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company has announced that it is building its new North American headquarters in True North Square in downtown Winnipeg.
The insurer is partnering with True North Real Estate Development (TNRED) to build its new purpose-built office headquarters at the southwest corner of Carlton Street and Graham Avenue in downtown Winnipeg. Designed by Canada’s Architecture49 (A49), the building will feature 19 floors and 300,000 square feet of offices and collaborative spaces with views of True North Square and Winnipeg’s skyline.
