Toronto-based agricultural technology company Vive Crop Protection announced the expansion of its commercial team by adding four new members.
Art Graves will join as Northeast technical sales agronomist; Darren Bodine as Midwest territory sales manager; John Rouse as mid-Atlantic territory sales manager, and Mark Reinert as Southern Plains territory sales manager.
Greg Esco, US sales lead, expressed enthusiasm about the new hires, stating: “I’m excited to welcome these outstanding professionals to the team at Vive. Their industry expertise and dedication to grower success will strengthen our impact on the acre to drive growth and excellence in Precision Chemistry crop protection.”
Graves joins Vive with several years of experience as an agronomist at Corteva and T&S Crop Service. He will use his knowledge of crop health and disease management to support growers and distributors in the Northeast, focusing on agronomic recommendations, on-farm trials and technical training.
Bodine previously worked as a strategic account manager at Valent USA and will cover Illinois, Wisconsin, Southern Indiana, and Kentucky. His background in sales and deep industry knowledge will benefit Midwest growers and distributors.
With six years of experience at Ag Nutrients and 30 years in the industry with companies such as Miller Chemical, Providence Ag, and Harvey Fertilizer & Gas Company, Rouse will cover North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Eastern Tennessee. He is a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and brings significant expertise to the team.
Reinert, previously with Van Diest Supply Company, will cover Southern Colorado and Kansas. His deep understanding of the Southern Plains and commitment to innovation will strengthen Vive’s reach in the region.
“Bringing this level of talent and experience to our team marks an exciting step forward for Vive,” said Dave Rummel, VP of sales and business development. “Each individual brings a unique set of skills and expertise that will strengthen our ability to expand our reach and deepen connections with our customers.”
