To celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary, Trillium Mutual Insurance is contributing a total of $150,000 to both local and regional charity projects.
Yesterday, the company donated $10,000 each to the United Way Bruce-Grey, United Way Perth-Huron, and United Way Guelph-Wellington-Dufferin. The company has other charity initiatives planned for the rest of the month.

On June 21, Trillium Mutual will dedicate a tree in the Legacy Garden at its office in Listowel, while on June 28, the company will announce a $120,000 commitment to the University of Guelph. This commitment in particular will be a perpetual legacy, to be awarded annually to help students entering their first year at the Ontario Agriculture College.
