On June 21, Trillium Mutual will dedicate a tree in the Legacy Garden at its office in Listowel, while on June 28, the company will announce a $120,000 commitment to the University of Guelph. This commitment in particular will be a perpetual legacy, to be awarded annually to help students entering their first year at the Ontario Agriculture College.
“We are proud to recognize Canada’s 150th by supporting individuals and communities that represent the fabric of this great nation,” said Trillium Mutual president and CEO Joe Dietrich. “It’s what we do every day, as a member owned mutual we’re community, not corporate. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that cares about yesterday, today and tomorrow with a strong sense of responsibility and stewardship.”
