Great Place to Work Institute Canada (GPTW) yesterday unveiled a list of Canada’s best workplaces – with three insurance companies making the rankings.
GPTW used “proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs” to determine which companies made it to the list, with firms selected due to having created a culture for their employees where workers can “trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.”
