Roughley Insurance Brokers has announced the opening of its new office in Port Perry, located in the preserved historic War Memorial Library building.
The office at 269 Queen Street signals the brokerage’s intent to maintain accessible, face-to-face service and strengthen its support for agricultural clients as well as local businesses.
The Port Perry office will be managed by Karen Lewis, a local dairy farmer and accredited insurance broker, and Caroline MacColl-Vysma, a chartered insurance professional.
Roughley Insurance Brokers insurance advisor, Rob Roughley, said the firm believed having a physical presence within the community was important.
“You just can’t provide the level of service this community deserves through a virtual or appointment-only presence. Our clients want to see us, and we want to see them. The whole team is very excited about this expansion – we’re open for business,” said Roughley.
Roughley Insurance Brokers is a family-owned and operated insurance brokerage that has been in operation for three generations. The firm has physical offices in Oshawa, Bowmanville, and Port Perry.
