Rogers Insurance recognized as one of Alberta's top employers

Rogers Insurance has been named one of Alberta’s top employers for the year 2018 by Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.

This is Rogers’ 11th award in the annual competition and 7th consecutive win.

“Our dedication to our employees is demonstrated by our comprehensive benefits, referral and dream programs, flexible schedule, and numerous social events held throughout the year,” said Rogers Insurance COO Bruce Rabik.

“Rogers holds pride in its corporate culture, values, and the employees who make the company a success,” Rabik added.

Companies that enter the competition are assessed on a set of criteria, which include physical workplace conditions, work atmosphere, employee benefits, vacation opportunities, employee communications, performance management, training, and community involvement.
