With a razor-thin margin, the House of Representatives has approved legislation to repeal major portions of Obamacare and replace it with a Republican plan, Reuters reported.

The legislation scraped through the house by a vote of 217-213. No Democrats voted for the bill. It will now head to the Senate for consideration.

House Republicans first attempted to pass the repeal last month, but were stymied when both moderates and conservatives in their own party refused to support it despite intense pressure from President Donald Trump. However, the bill gained enough support to squeak by after key concessions were made to appease the party’s right wing.
