Several of Navacord’s broker partners have announced that they will integrate their brands in order to strengthen their presence in their respective regions.
Effective November 01, 2021, Partners Indemnity Insurance Brokers and Paisley Manor Insurance Brokers have mutually integrated their brands and will operate under the name Paisley Partners. Both Partners Indemnity and Paisley Manor are two of Canada’s longest-standing, privately-owned brokerages, and have been in business for over a century.
Partners Indemnity and Paisley Manor have worked closely over the years as fellow broker partners with Navacord, and have recognized the complementary expertise, product offerings, and valuable shared experience they could harness should their teams combine, a release said.
“We have always approached our business with a client-first approach; growing and adapting to meet the emerging needs of the communities we serve,” said Paisley Manor Insurance president Michael Paisley. “By coming together with Partners Indemnity, we are able to build upon this strong foundation to create a new legacy together.”
“This move solidifies a strong future for our combined team and for our clients,” added Partners Indemnity president and CEO Barry Downs. “Paisley Partners provides a total package of trusted advice, exceptional professional service, and the expertise to design comprehensive solutions for the complex issues facing our clients today, tomorrow, always.”
Paisley Partners’ expertise includes (but is not limited to): realty, construction, manufacturing, mining, chemicals, religious organizations, retail & franchises, marine, professional liability programs, entrepreneurial new ventures, and high net worth clients.
Meanwhile, Henderson Insurance – another Navacord broker partner – announced that it has integrated its fellow partners Smiths’ Insurance and HAL Insurance. The two will now operate under the Henderson Insurance brand.
HAL Insurance and Smiths’ Insurance have been working with Henderson insurance since partnering with Navacord in 2020. Their shared business focus, “deep regional connections,” and a “common approach to client service” made sense for the teams to combine under one brand, a release said.
“It has always been about collaboration; how we can best serve our community and our clients, together,” commented Henderson Insurance president and CEO Dave Reidy. “As one—one team of experts, professionals—we can enable each other to do more, create more solutions, and be there for each other. We consider this a new day at Henderson Insurance, and it’s exciting.”
The integrated Henderson Insurance will lead the transportation sector within Saskatchewan, a company release said.
