The Power of Workspace for People and Business by Keti Malkoski and Jacqueline Vischer says that businesses should give workers far more say on creating their most productive workspace. One of the key components is movement; allowing workers to change position and avoid remaining static. A feeling of open space, being able to see outside and a more flexible approach than a standard chair and desk can all benefit employees and the business.
