You still have time to participate in Insurance Business Canada’s Top Insurance Employers 2022 before entries close this Friday, August 26.
Enter now for the chance to be recognized as one of the country’s best employers. The form asks questions based on metrics such as culture, diversity, compensation, benefits and other attributes of an excellent workplace.
Participating companies will receive an employee survey to circulate internally, the results of which will be used to determine the winners. A company has to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of at least 80% to be recognized as a Top Insurance Employer.
Inclusion in this annual ranking enables businesses to build their profile in the industry.
The 2022 Top Insurance Employers will be featured in December in Insurance Business Canada’s online edition.
