Several insurance companies and insurance providers have made this year’s list of the Best Workplaces in Ontario by Great Place to Work (GPW) Canada.
GPW Canada allows organizations to gauge the state of their workplace culture with its “Trust Index” survey. This Trust Index measures employee experiences and gauges the workplace culture of an organization. GPW Canada also allows companies to complete a culture brief, allowing the organizations to provide details about their employee programs and practices. Those organizations that score highly on the Trust Index and meet the benchmark for employee programs receive certification from GPW Canada.
To place on the provincial best workplaces list, companies must first attain GPW Canada certification, and should be one of the top scorers in the region. Eligible companies must also be headquartered in the province and have at least 15 employees working in the province to make it to that province’s best workplaces list.
