The Insurance Institute of Canada has announced that it is hosting a free webinar on May 5 and 6 to teach Canadian agents and brokers how they can develop leadership skills through the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation program.
The course, which will be 30 minutes long and “lively,” will be offered at 1 pm EST on Tuesday, May 5 and at 7:30 pm EST on Wednesday, May 6.
The Institute chose to hold this webinar because FCIP allows graduates to be better equipped at executive leadership and decision-making at property and casualty insurance companies. FCIP is unique in that it provides such a comprehensive education on all relevant subject matter in the P&C industry.
Experts will be on hand to discuss the six FCIP online courses, as well as potential opportunities for FCIP candidates to network and learn from each other, even across long distances in Canada.
The webinar will also feature a 20-minute Q&A about the program.
