The Insurance Institute has recognised three outstanding leaders within property and casualty insurance, who have been honoured in the 2016 CIP Society National Leadership Awards.
The awards, which form the only national program of its kind, celebrate leaders within the CIP Society who demonstrate a passion for lifelong learning and dedication to their employer, along with the profession and community as a whole.
This year, the CIP Society – the graduate division of the Insurance Institute – honoured Laura Van Vliet of Aligned Insurance in the Emerging Leader category; alongside Paul Martin of RRJ Insurance Group and Robert Pearson of Town & Country Mutual Insurance Company in the Established Leader category.
