The 2024 Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, CEOs, and Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) Award winners were unveiled on Thursday, with some insurance companies and executives being recognized for their exemplary workplace cultures and leadership.

Among the awardees is Manulife, one of Canada’s most prominent insurance providers, recognized for its corporate culture in the Enterprise category. In the Growth category, Cowan Insurance Group also received recognition for its corporate culture.

Beyond corporate culture, the awards also highlighted outstanding leadership within the industry. Rashid Wasti, executive vice president and chief talent officer at Weston Group of Companies was named a winner in the CPCO category for Enterprise.
