Insurance Business has revealed Canada’s Elite Women for 2023, female insurance leaders who have fostered meaningful change in the insurance industry and set an example for other insurance professionals.
Insurance Business Canada (IBC) found this year’s Elite Women by inviting industry professionals from across Canada to nominate exceptional female leaders and provide details of their nominee’s achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months, including specific examples of their professional accomplishments and contributions to the industry.
The IBC team selected this year’s winners with the help of an independent and esteemed panel of judges that included:
The IBC team and the judges reviewed all nominations, examining how each had made a meaningful contribution to the industry, to whittle down the list to the final 55 Elite Women. Self-voting and voting for relatives were prohibited to avoid conflicts of interest.
