How many brokerages are bravely moving into the 21st century? The results from our last Insurance Business poll might surprise you – especially those who are reluctant to give up tried-and-true paper.
The poll question, “Will your brokerage introduce any new technology this year to streamline operations?” had brokers answering two to one indicating that they would be bringing in new technology.
Almost as many that answered they would not be embracing technology this year indicated that they already had adopted new technology into their brokerages in 2013.
But what about paper? Again, as many who said they wouldn’t be adopting new tech said they were sticking with “tried and true paper” in the coming year.
