iA Financial Group has appointed Caroline Drouin (pictured) as the new head of investor relations, effective January 1, 2025.
Drouin has been serving as vice-president of investor relations, sustainability, and public affairs since July 2024. In her new role, she will take on the responsibility of managing investor relations and engaging with key players in the financial markets, according to a news release.
Her expanded role will also encompass oversight of the company’s public affairs, sustainability initiatives, and philanthropic programs.
Drouin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. She joined iA Financial Group in 2018 and has progressed through several leadership roles.
In the same announcement, the company revealed that Marie-Annick Bonneau, head of investor relations since 2019, will be transitioning to a new role as senior vice president of integrated risk management at iA Financial Group.
“The careers of these two leaders clearly illustrate the importance of internal mobility at iA Financial Group, as a significant lever in career and personal development,” iA Financial Group highlighted in a statement.
