Hub International Limited has made yet another acquisition – this time, swooping for Quebec-based Azur Consulting Services.
Azur Consulting Services in Longueuil, QC offers employee benefits consulting, including group and health benefits solutions.
As part of the deal, Azur Consulting president Paul Ethier will join Hub International Quebec Limited.
In a release, Hub explained that the acquisition advances its ongoing employee benefits growth and services strategy in Canada, expanding its “best-in-class” employee benefits and retirement solution to better address the challenges Hub’s Canadian clients are facing.
Earlier this month, Hub purchased the assets of benefits firm Benefex Consulting in Edmonton, AB. While based in Alberta, Benefex also operates in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
